TechRadium Reaches Agreement With Blackboard Inc. to Cross-License Notification Patents


SUGAR LAND, Texas, Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- TechRadium, Inc. today announced that it has recently reached an agreement with Blackboard Inc. to cross-license several patents and patent applications, allowing each company to continue to provide mass notification technology and services to clients.

 

TechRadium and Blackboard each provide mass notification solutions to clients in various markets, enabling institutions and organizations to quickly reach a mass audience with urgent and non-urgent messages to increase safety and awareness.
